Description
Adding two new tests for the Organisation/Screening Centre parameter pages.
Checked logging in the oracle util from info to debug.
Added new POM and classes for interacting with the parameter pages.
Context
Allows for testing of the parameter pages.
Reduces spam in HTML reports from executing queries/stored procedures.
